I don't know how much of a long shot it is. The artcie says he's already thrown 20.48.
I guess to make the team, he'd have to likely throw a meter farther as 3rd last year was 21.4.
Anyways, this is TOTALLY cool. Does he have a sponsor? I want him to throw in a letsrun singlet. Maybe we'll start letsthrow.com

T&F News lists the Georgia mark as 20.48 (as rojo posted) and truthfully sounds more in line with a fresh off the shelf mark since the article gives his position on the yearly list as 9th.
