fact-
9 out of every 10 inmates on death row intentionally order a bunch of food for their last meal just to cost the state more money, and don't touch 1 bit of the food.
My attorney's rump roasted because I'm innocent.
Grilled, well done. Charred.
There's a place I always make a point to eat at when doing business in Austin, Texas. I go to Kerbey Lane, and I get their cowboy queso and plate of chips; sweet potato fries, their French toast, and migas. I'm honestly full for an entire 24 hrs because of the day content. So, I'd go with that, and a massive bowl of chocolate mint ice cream for dessert. Wash it all down with homemade, ice cold sangria.
Last meal is mostly a myth. You get what they regularly serve in most states.
The Honeymoon Killers one of the great "cult" movies ever.

Breakfast
A bible
Most of you seem not to realize it has been past midnight for quite some time. The kitchen is closed.
For some reason, I suspect imminent doom would stifle my appetite. I might take the pile of shrooms, though.
I am probably the only poster here on letsrun that has served as a citizen witness to executions (Virginia).
Most states do not conduct them at midnight any longer, but rather closer to 6 pm, for the sake of witnesses, courts and overtime considerations. Most states require the inmate to select their special meal from what is available in the prison kitchen on the thirty day menu, no outside orders will be placed. In Texas, special meals were forbidden in 2011 after inmate Lawrence Brewer (convicted for the James Byrd dragging murder) ordered an excessive menu and then refused to touch anything from it.
Are you a relative of rekrunner?
