Is Bradley not in the A heat? He beat both of them in the 5k at Indoor Nationals.

Looked it up. Panning and Ngandu are in heat 1 of the Open division. Bradley is in heat 1 of the Elite Invitational.
This is sad. A bunch of "wanna be" d2 runners in a "good" d2 conference trying to talk up themselves. Why dont you change your perception and try to run real times? Sure you can be fast in the Gayac but dont you wanna be good in all divisions of NCs or the USA or the world. Some of you are good runners but need to look outside the box.
Well glad you stopped in. You can set everybody straight and get them on the path to being 'real' runners and running 'fast'. Just as a formality, please post your name, school and pbs and enter your email address when you post (preferably your school address if you run collegiality). I know you're legit but sometimes anonymous trolls like to talk a bunch of BS about runners who they are significantly slower than on lrc. I just want to prove to these guys you a 'real' runner with valuable insight and send a message to your school to congratulate them on producing quality 'runners' that 'want to give back'.
Joshua Mirth ran 14:41 at Mt Sac under Hillsdale. Eligibility?
I haven't looked it up but I don't recall Mirth ever redshirting and he isn't listed on Hillsdale's roster. On another note, pretty impressive 10k results. Roush 29:25, Ngandu 29:29, May 29:44. Also in the 5k, Bradley 14:00.8, Panning 14:08. Brian Baum goes 13:58 for Adams.

That's last year's result.
My apologies. I was looking at 2015 results. The 10ks were quite impressive indeed. Appears as if the 5 and 10 are stronger and deeper events than the 8 and 15. Strange year in the gliac.
Orndorf ran 29:38 at Bucknell as well.

Why did he run at Bucknell?
GVSU sent several runners to Bucknell. Not sure if it was an entry time issue or not. His previous best was 30:49. Chad Cini also ran at Buckjell and ran 30:15.
Bump bump bump
Of course, the big meet this weekend is the Hillsdale Gina Relays. Many GLIAC schools will be there. Entries are posted on DirectAthletics. Ngandu in the 5k. Flores and Cini in the 10k along with Johnnie Guy from USI. Saginaw Valley distance competing as well. Also noticed Will Leer is listed for the 1500m. In addition, Ashland is hosting a meet. GVSU is also sending Ethan Barnes, Lawson Bright-Mitchell, Sean Wells and TJ Burnett to the Drake Relays along with running the 4x400m. Should be a good final weekend before conferences!
Thank you kind sir
I wonder if Tiffin is planning on getting a distance coach this year. If they don't, I'll bet that James gets significantly slower and continues to race like a middle schooler. The guy is too talented for that program, and it seems like the coach just bought himself a work horse and is juicing all the talent and fitness he came over with. Get that boy a coach. Going out on 13:28 pace to run 14:08....obviously there wasn't much talk of a race plan.
Johnnie Guy ran 28:37? 30 something, last night at Payton Jordon. Great weekend for GVSU and SVSU. David Knack ran 14:06, Ngandu 14:12?
It's a bit interesting to see how he's been racing this year. I don't think its so much of a lack of race plan but rather just him getting a tad bit excited too early. If he loses those quick spurts early on he'll end up being fine. He did run a 29 mid solo earlier this year. He's run well all year and has shown up when it matters. It's still too premature to call it.

Who are you talking about?
Was responding to Westendgirl. Looks like I forgot to click the quote button.
Should be a very interesting meet on the men's side, not a lot of heavy favorites. 10K could be wide open if most/all of the sub-30 guys do not run? Several meet records could go down, including the steeple (8:58) which is the oldest one on the books, from 1981, and the 10K (30:09) from 1982.
