Haile was clean. Hicham is the most obvious doper to get away with it.

I'm pretty sure that the 1993 Chinese women have them beat. Just in case everyone has forgotten, every athlete coached by Ma Junren was banned several years later. It just so happened that all record-breakers from 1993 had already finished their careers by then.
Bernard Lagat was good for 30 years

2 haile grbresellasie

4 Michael Jackson
5 kenenise bekelele
6 mo farah
Carl Lewis.
Jarmila Kratochvilova or FloJo. Flip a coin.
Marita Koch
Lol, it's the doping equivalent of the great white buffalo
I don't think it's quite fair to say that Koch and Jarmilla got away with it - everyone who cares knows they were dopers. They still have the records, but they know they have no respect.
But I think FloJo did get away with it - I think most people think she was clean.
Michael Jackson had great moves though.
