coming off indoor, need a good base for outdoor. racing season starts mid may for me. whats the best way to go about getting a base in this amount of time.
- for the last 2 months my mileage has been low due to indoor race.
- very mediocore at cross country with a 27:30 8k on a mostly flat course.
- last fall my max mileage was 65 (avg 45) looking to improve

800m - 1:53.5
1500m - 4:01.xx
3000m - 9:00.4 ( off XC fitness in November)
looking to drastically drop 1500m time to compete at the same level as my 800m.
