Part 2
Answer the question. Don't be a coward.
Do you think lance Armstrong could have won his 7 TDF titles totally clean?
Part one was deleted. Why censor me? it's an important question, someone has to ask it.

Yes, but he doesn't. Do you know that his power outputs are actually the same as athletes with normal hematocrits? And he never went over 6mmols lactate even in tests of 2 minutes climbing @ 9 per cent at over 7 watts per kilo, which Ferrari couldn't understand.
Jon,
Do you coach at any level ? Have you tried your theories on decent athletes ? Have you talked to the better coaches in the UK to see if they have different approaches ? Have you found any UK coaches who agree with you ?
Isn't it fantastic that we have Jon O here who is the only one in the whole wide world who understands physiology?
This guy didn't do any drugs.

LOL, you are a clown bro.
I don't coach, but there are plenty of people of influence who have the same stance as me here in the UK.
As an accomplished board parasite you should know better than to start your own thread. You can only leach value not provide it hence you require others to provide at least initial substantive content in order to thrive. By posting this you are reaching an evolutionary dead end. Best of luck in your future troll incarnations.
Answer the question coward.
Thank you. Can you identify any of these people of influence please - I am very happy to believe that there are others who agree with you but I dont come across many in my limited sphere of operation.
He would have won a few - if everyone else in the race was clean too. I know that there is an argument that some people benefit from such things as EPO more than others - Tyler Hamilton explains how/why in his book - but Armstrong was clearly physically talented as a youngster, long before he was introduced to PEDs, and the psychology that made him such a brutal, unpleasant individual when he was denying his crimes helped him be a winning athlete. PEDs cannot transform a no hoper into a contender unless they are the only person in the world taking them!

Even though this is correct, Jon O should be applauded for starting a thread that's entirely devoid of facts, information, links, or similar. It's not often we have a non-content thread that's not a troll attempt. Right, Jon O is not a troll! However, see the Village Idiot thread for what he is.
So john, does any medical substance used on the human body work? Let's start at the very bottom, how about a rudimentary substance like aspirin, or salicylic acid? Does it thin the blood and therefore increase flow or not?

I present plenty of evidence, which you will doubtless ignore. I ask awkward questions that you will doubtless ignore.

I'm not saying that drugs don't have effects. But to make the claim that some drugs improve athletic performance shows a lack of knowledge of physiology. You are making a grand leap into a new world of belief that ignores what really improves performance, namely improved efficiency of movement.
It's a question of conceptual models of performance. If you don't know your physiology, which 99.999% of people don't it's easy to construct a drug mythology around the sport.
