Kszczot keeps rolling. He's won four 800s in the last 15 days, all in 1:46.18 or faster. Favorite for World Indoors right now.
Favorite over Souleiman or are you assuming he will not run the 800m?
4:13:32!!!! Made it look easy. SO smooth. Basically solo. Destroys W.R.

I was assuming Souleiman would defend his title in the 1500. I lean toward Kszczot over Souleiman in a championship 800, but it's close.
i wish she would have broken the outdoor record as well.ok well, she had about the same time as Mary Cain ran her 1500m, so that's encouraging.............pfffftt!

Souleiman as a 1:43/3:29/3:47 guy did run some extra meters in his 1:43 and here he was nearly 1:47 through 800m (of course, hard for anyone to keep up faster than 27s on an indoor track) so he still has a good deal of room to improve his record and surely will go sub 2:13 outdoors. Agreed that Kszczot might beat him in a slower championship race but in a fast one, I have Souleiman, who should go at least 1:42 this year, maybe high 1:41.

Holy $h!t! Genzebe blew that record apart! When's the last time somebody chopped more than 3 seconds off of an indoor world best?
Kudos to Souleiman on his indoor WB over 1000m in 2:14.20 over Kipketer's 2:14.96.
Kudos also to Abdalelah Haroun for his indoor WB over 500m in 59.83. Shame he took it away from America's Brycen Spratling (1:00.06), though.
