Well-deserved win by Lutz.

Another USATF championship without results up in a timely manner? Sounds about right
As a coach, meet timer, and meet director it is totally unacceptable to not have results, even unofficial within minutes of a competition like this. Usatf more than dropped the ball and the entire organization should be embarrassed by this. Ive seen those usatf head honchos at meets and they walk around like king sh-its. I get this is a low attended event but even low attended and minor high school meets do a better job. Usatf should contract and hire people who are capable of results within minutes. I see those usatf guys ripping on other officials all the time as being incompetent. It looks loke they know what incompetence is by looking in the mirror.

Man, that was a terrible meet. Maybe full results aren't available because everyone involved was ashamed that only 40-50 people entered the senior races. Thank goodness for the military teams to pad the fields.
I don't thin i've heard of more than 4-5 of those top 10 women. And the men's runner-up is a high-29 d2 guy?
Have we still not gotten full results for this? I have seen High shool dual meets that have live results. I am embarrassed to be a fan.

Try sub-29 d2 guy, you fvckwit....
Thank you for your patience. As always the results have to be translated in Mandarin and approved by Nike World Headquarters in Shanghai.

Unless you were out there yourself you have no right busting on the athletes that ran in Bend this weekend. They put on a good meet.
Suver and Van Alstine are among the upper tier (31:54 and 15:22 Prs respectively). In the men's race Andy Wacker, XC All American and 2nd in world mtn running championships last summer didn't make the top 5.
The fields weren't as deep because A) there is another big race next week on the west coast (a little place called LA, a qualifier for a little event down in Brazil next summer), and B) no WCs in XC this year.
Yes a low turnout for two reasons. The previous club nationals held there the course was dangerous in some places. And this was a non world championship year. The course was reversed this year. Having run the race yesterday, I had no problems nor did I hear of any one else having difficulty with keeping their feet under them. The course was hilly and tough but that's cross country. The weather was near perfect. The races were organized and on time. The awards were prompt. I do believe next years race will be well attended.
I ran the masters race and would agree with the post above. The course was no joke, no doubt the toughest in the US for a legit xc meet, but it was fine.
The town isn't that big and it's hard to get to so there wasn't a lot of turnout for the event, but the organization was good.
I still wish they's go back to just combining the US National Championships and Club Championships into one race, at least for the masters since they aren't trying to make any national teams for World XC, Pan-Ams, etc.

Mattie Suver wins womens 10k. This distance is far too long for women - most boring race I have ever watched. Men up next...
Good to see Cally Macumber running well again.
crap course in crap town with no national teams to make equals crap turnout.
Can anyone get the Senior Womens overall results link to work?

I stand corrected. Good run for him, but for a 28:40 guy to place 2nd in our national cross champs doesn't exactly indicate a high quality field.
