27. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks hopefully
Keep it up. Great to see you taking control like this. Stay strong. I caution you about the burst of energy you say you haven’t experienced yet. Yes, your body is probably still adjusting. But don’t set your hopes or expectations on things you’ve heard others have experienced. Results may vary.
You should sleep better. But you might not. You might lose weight but you could also gain weight depending on your health and habits. You should probably find you can concentrate better and have improved thinking patterns. Beyond that it’s hard to predict exactly what results you’ll see.
Stay strong.
Thank you very much for the support! 28 days.
3 years tomorrow. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Congrats. You’re just about past the hardest part. It gets a lot easier, especially once all your friends that drink know you don’t imbibe anymore. Keep it up.
That's tremendous, well done on 3 years. I love hearing the positive outcomes. 29 down.

Great job!
keep up the great work. Remember that you deserve success.
32. Sleep greatly improved. As it translates to running still waiting but I am positive it will. For better or worse I was very used to training hung over!
One of my highlights the last few weeks has been liking your posts when I come here. Keep it up!
Thanks!! 33.
About to hit 2 weeks if I don't cave tonight. Cravings were starting to hit hard but an Athletic non-alcoholic IPA squashed them immediately.
34. Board won't let me post with same name as previous but 1 day off 5 weeks now.
35. 5 weeks down
Well done! Keep up the good work!
Thanks!! 36.
Great to hear. Keep it up!
