Here is the problem with that article.
During interviews at Indoor Nationals Molly claimed that she would be running the Stanford Invitational. This never happened. Why?
Giving her the benefit of the doubt and speculating that she and Matt sat down and changed the game plan we moved on.
One Month later.
She entered the Payton Jordan Invitational. This process requires going through direct athletics and paying a $25 dollar entry fee. A deliberate and thought out plan of action. She then scratched from the Meet the week of the race. Why?
Something is not going to plan.
I speculate that she is not yet to race weight as prescribed by a Doctor.
the 2 pics did it for me.
I restricted in college and looked like her. A professor of mine became concerned.
I told I exercised a lot.
She replied, "You don't get like that through exercise."
You don't. It doesn't matter how any miles you run - particularly if you're a female.
Side note: Females hold approx 12-15% high body fat, on average, than males. She looks as lean as Farah. That's a problem.
Recently Molly came forward about having eating issues, while winning championships. It points to the fact that you can look like what some may think is perfectly healthy, but inside it is another story. It also points to the issue of just how prevalent ED are in running.

Do you have a link to her talking about eating issues?

Looking strong!
I don't see anything wrong with the pic; she's high-fiving her coaches/teammates. The arm looks normal.
