WADA didn't fulfill her request to something it's not set up to do. Again, WADA is a standards body for PED testing, not a dope tester.
If either one of you had bothered to read the WADA docs, then maybe you'd have a better handle on who does what and where authority lies.
Nothing to see here. Russian officials cover up for Russian athletes and UK officials cover up for UK athletes. This guy will be a Lord soon.
