(1) I have not said all laws are equal. But laws are to be obeyed and not disregarded.

(2) Who gets to decide who is pretty far off on this? Who decides what is wrong with it? Courts get to interpret the laws. They decide.

(3) Just because a law is difficult to change does not mean it is to be disregarded by an individual's choice.

The issue isn't gay marriage. Or Federal drug laws. The issue is when is it ok to obey some laws and disregard other laws. And who gets to decide. No. She can only be removed by impeachment, which would require the KY state legislature to meet. Since they are currently not in session, impeachment would require a special session, and I believe the governor has said that he wouldn't call one.

While I don't supports Davis' actions one iota, I agree with this post 100%. We're becoming a nation of propaganda, where the people who fit the media bill are prosecuted while the true criminals are left alone to rape and pillage.

The only thing I'd argue with in the post above is the implication that the economic crash is limited to 2008. Did you miss what happened on the 24th of last month? Did you not witness American investors getting pillaged by the HFT algorithms? It was Citadel's highest grossing day since opening. They don't even do anything but take money from people trying to trade. NO LIQUIDITY was added, in fact it was diminished by the HFT.
