Where was Ches? I thought he was running this?
The Trials are in Nairobi, elevation 5,500 ft. This calculator grants about 1:30 addition for a 27:11 10000m at 0 ft to 5500 ft (28:40 or so). But since he is obviously not in shape to run 27:11-1:30, or 25:41, we can ignore the calculation and just say that he is in great shape and will certainly be able to push the 10000m pace hard to try to drop Farah. If he lets Farah dictate the pace, he will be very fresh for the kick but he lacks the speed to keep with Farah, so he should work with his teammates to push the pace to 26:25-30 target (i.e. ask for personal sacrifice???).

Does anyone know the World Record or Kenyan all-comers record for 10,000? This had to be it. So what was it before tonight.
Farah could be in trouble if one of the Kenays sacrifices himself and helps Kamworor in the final in Beijing.
Capital.fm has a good recap of the race here:
http://www.capitalfm.co.ke/sports/2015/08/01/kamworor-leads-dream-10000m-team-to-beijing/THe key is them working together. Kamworor realizes he needs help. Check this quote out:
“If we go to China and run like today, we can bring home all the medals. Team work is the most important thing to realise our dream. We did it in China and we are happy Paul has joined us,” Karoki emphasised.
MEN 10000m RESULTS
Geoffrey Kipsang Kamworor 27:11:89
Bedan Karoki 27:15:33
Paul Tanui 27:18:45
Vincent Yator 27:33:45
Leonard Barsoton 27:35:75
Geoffrey Kirui Kipkorir 27:42:66
James Rugaru 27:50:09
William Sitonik 27:54:35
Stephen Arita 27:55:17
Charles Yosei 29:02:54
Capital.FM has a good recap of the rest of the meet here:http://www.capitalfm.co.ke/sports/2015/08/01/fergie-topples-king-david-kiprop-sum-soar/Looks like KIprop dominated. Check this out.

Other results.
In the women's 1500.
Faith Chepng’etich won in 4:01.85 as Mercy Cheronon (who will run 5k at Worlds) ran 4:02.21.
In the women's steeple.
Hyving Kiyeng upset Virginia Nyambura (9:33.42 to 9:33.69)
Karoki and Tanui will have to sacrifice themselves and Farah would have to have a bad day, otherwise he sits on Geoffrey Kipsang and does what he does best.
Geofrey Kipsang Kamworor won the 10000 in 27:11 over Bidan Karoki and Paul Tanui

OR all three could go on a suicidal mission at breakneck pace and see what happens. Possibly the ethiopian and kenyan teams could run as a six man pack at 26:35 pace and try to drop farah. Im predicting edris would win if that were successful.

I think we all know what will happen. Pace will slack, and Farah will gain control with 800 to go and we will all be saying "why in the world do they let this come down to a sit and kick race EACH TIME!?"
The fact that Kamworor was only 7 seconds ahead of third means that Farah won't be losing sleep. Kenyans are adapted to altitude to a level unfathomable in the west. I see nothing to indicate he is any faster than when Farah dusted him at Pre (27:52).
We've been seeing the same posts for years now "If only everyone works together, they can run the legs off of Farah!" Every year he makes them look like also-rans.
Same old story.
MF has 3:28 speed and jogged a 26:50 10000m earlier this year.

Don´t worry. He will run like an idiot just like the other Kenyans have done the last few years and hand Farah the gold on a silver plate.
If Farah is smart he will take home the silver on a gold plate. Silver medal on gold plate = more gold.
That calculator is silly. It converts a 4:25 mile at 5000' to a 4:13 at sea level. No f'ng way. Six seconds maybe, but not 12.
