Two of the American W100 DQ'd for false starts. Imagine going all the way over to Ireland to do that!
Another two DQs in M100. I don't get it. Why do people continually try to beat the gun, particularly with electronic systems?
Looks like they are at least 10 min behind... the men 400H is supposed to go off at 2:15. Hurdles are on the track but I don't think anyone has raced it yet.

Looking at the flags for the long jump, it looks like it's pretty darn windy there. Hopefully we can still get some fast times.
Officially 15 min behind schedule.
Also seems somewhat cool out
Wow - Gibson ran a great 200m-300m stretch in the 400H to go from 3rd to 1st. Lucky that his clipping of the 8th hurdle did not cause him too much of a time loss. Won in 49.64
(in case anyone cares...)
But it seems like the headwind is in that 2nd curve on the track.
So 30 minutes ago, the wind was 15 mph in Cork.
Did I hear the announcer right - Cain asked for 71 sec laps?
Rabbit has about 10m ahead of field. Looks like D'ag in 4th/5th. Cain in 2nd, front of chase pack.
These announcers LOVE D'Ag...
i've got no volume on my PC, anyone hearing splits?
1st k was 3:03. Cain right up front with Abbey D right behind her.
5 laps to go in 3:03. Cain 2nd, D'Ag 3rd
Rabbit dropped at 1km,
Cain leads, D'Ag 3rd
4 laps to go in 4:20
Tight in the front
1400. 4:10. Cain is doing all of the leading after the rabbits stopped at 1k.
Come on abbey, don't make a teen do all the work!!
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
