You are doing a standard routine. You need to mix in long runs and tempos on the weekends.
Without having tried doubles, I would have said that daily singles of 10 are better than 2 5s. Now that I've been running doubles for 5 months, I'm not so sure and think 2 5s might work better for some runners.
