Male? Under 10% and you're fine. Once you get under 10% you have very little control over where it settles. Some people for genetic reasons will always hover at 8-10% while others (Tergat, Frank Shorter, et al) will be able to go lower (3-5%). 6% is supposed to be medically the lowest you can go without adverse health effects though it can vary. Just run a lot, don't eat crap and your body fat % will settle in on what it's supposed to be for you.
