Does anyone know where to find results for the meet?
Seeing as the Hoka One One MD meet got rained out, it looks like Abbey D'Agostino's decision to run in Boston was a wise choice, after all.
Or maybe not; I'm particularly interested to see how she performed tonight, if at all.

A lot of college athletes raced last night. Was this a record high?

Abbey D's 4:13's is very encouraging for her regaining her form as it seems to have been a solo run with no one pushing her. It's only a couple of seconds off her outdoor PB. -
She definitely looked strong and smooth the whole way. Certainly seems to be rounding back into form nicely.

It was a great meet. Well done by management, NB club. Thanks. There are more to go and they are the place to be. 10,000m under the lights looked theatrical especially with a million bugs floating across the track.

Abbey ran a great race and looked very strong. She is going to come back just fine from a disappointing night at Stanford.
The college races were pretty solid, with some good 1500s on the men's side particularly. Chris O'Hare won the meet in a very easy 3:44, closing in 54 seconds off of a slow pace. -

Not to be smart aleck, but they got the women's 1500 in before the rain started.
If she'd run that pace at the H11, she would have been mixing it up with Shannon or Sheila. That might have been more fun than running away from Molly Renfer (who would have needed a huge PR to beat Mary Cain!). -

Must've been really cool for ratcliffe and other collegians for lining up against a worlds finalist and 3:5x miler. -

Definitely! I overheard a lot of guys who were really excited about the opportunity to be in the race with him. Pretty cool experience for the younger guys. I think the kid that finished fourth in the heat was a freshman from Dartmouth, must've been very cool for him. -
Anyone know the elite fields for the
ADRIAN MARTINEZ CLASSIC
I'm kinda curious
looking forward to getting some spikes signed -

3 more meets in the series. Does Abbey do another one of them?
The 5Ks at the other meets are coed so maybe she'll hop in one of them to go after a time? -
I think you'll see more of Abbey and crew as the series unfolds into June. It's a good opportunity to work on some things in a competitive environment right in their back yard.
-
Great now I have to make sure that I don't lose to Abbey D again. As if my life wasn't already stressful enough.

Surprised to see Abby D racing so soon after the stress fracture that kept her out of February's xc champs. Especially sacral stress fractures - if that was her problem - which can take months to heal. Great for her.
5k event for US women is in a state up flux now, with Huddle declaring for the 10k, Rowbury & Simpson sticking with the 1500 for now, while Hasay & Conley have already moved up to the 10k. Also Flanagan, if she jumps back onto the track for USAs in June, would be in the 10k.
Who does that leave for the 5k? Right now, best 5k'rs left would be Nicole Tully & Katie (Follet) Mackey, both with 15:04-15:05.prs. But, they are 1500 gals.
Appears the top US 5k specialist for the moment is Marielle Hall @ 15:09 from this month's Payton Jordan. After that, the rest are 15:10 on up like Abby D, Emily Sisson, Jessica Tonn, also Aisling Cuffe who is taking the school season off from racing.
Most likely, some of the 1500 & 10k runners who come in 4th or further back will double back in the 5k.
Regardless, Abby D. is in the mix for a WC spot.
