Anyone else?
I could BQ, but don't think it is worth doing the marathon unless could go under 3-hours with ease. I've done marathons around 3:15 already.
Only once I get my 10km time to a 2:50 equivalent will I consider the marathon.
Is this missing out on anything and does this make sense? Maybe I don't like running enough or something. The problem with marathon training with times over 3-hours is the long runs and high-mileage takes too long. Once you get in sub 3-hour shape, you can complete the 20-milers much faster.
