Fernandez down the stretch holds off Penzenstadler (Loyola Ill) in about 3:44. Second heat was 3:41

heat 2 men's 5k elliott 1350 over corona 1351, slow through 4k or so

Women's 5k. Grunewald, Hall, Avery, Williams? in front at 4k in 12:25 or so (right about 1530 pace). one other in the front pack and 10m back to the chase pack.

Sifuentes and Hall trying to challenge for the lead. Pack of 5 in front. 1 to go

Williams still holding off Sifuentes, Grunewald right behind 200m to go

German pacing, 1600m in 4:22. I think Grey, then Ahmed, then Acosta. Everyone in a line

German off after 2k. Order the same up front
