I need to work on my hip mobility. Hurdle drills seem to be the best thing except I don't own hurdles and don't have access to any. I know you can make them for cheap, but honestly, I just want to be able to do the exercises after a run either in the gym or at home without having to find a place to set them up.
Is there any creative ways that you can do hurdle drills without 6-10 hurdles? Alternating legs between one or two chairs or something?
Just use imaginary hurdles.
When I was in undergrad on campus I would occasionally do hurdle drills over the bike stand bars and it worked quite well

Walking over the barriers/hurdles is probably the easiest and simplest. It really helps with hip flexor strength and mobility

I would imagine the 12 inch bands would require increased ROM, otherwise they would slide off....
Google "myrtle routine" .this is Jay Johnson's program . it is also a great pre run dynamic warmup. i do these drills and the pedestal routine.
