just looking for some advice on racing my 1st 100km race.
running a marathon in 4 weeks time aiming for 2:36/38.
i'm hoping to run a 100km race in late july.
i need to run sub 7:30 to meet selection needs.
can this be done off marathon training with some back to back runs over the weekends leading up to the race.
in other words will my marathon training base give me a good chance to reach the needed time.
any advice is welcomed
