Hey, nice post!
"Organic" is all BS. The only difference between organic vegetables and non-organic vegetables is the price. Are there unethical farming practices used by companies pushing GMOs? Yes. Is every farmer who grows "organic" fruits, veggies, and grains an angel sent by mother nature? LOL, that's a big fat no. The people who go to farmer's markets and Whole Foods are the same people who complain about air pollution but puff carcinogens into the faces of babies and nuns with their cigs. They see one side of things, refuse to look at the whole picture, and are manipulated into buying food at higher prices.
Avoid soy. Avoid flax. Eat lots of meat, complex carbs, fruits and veggies and you should be fine.
Remember, the "organic" people are the same nuts who think quinoa is a "superfood"
This is spot on.
And, not all organic is created equal. It depends on the "richness" of the land on which it is grown.
Old friend of mine's brother started an organic farm on a former dairy farm that had been fallow for 40 years, real rich soil, people would drive from SF to San Jose to get the produce because it was so bright in flavor etc.
except for 5% pesticide . . . http://www.spins.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Organic-Products.pdf

Only USDA certified organic is organic, meaning it has no hormones, antibiotics, or preservatives.
You can trade mark your food to be called "all-natural ______" but don't consider it organic unless usda certified.

Your post is extraordinarily dumb.
Really.
Extraordinary.
"Organic" is a marketing scam designed to lure in rich housewives who can then feel as if they're contributing something to the world. It gives them a temporary boost when they're not medicating their domestic depression with vodka bottles in laundry baskets
