Have you followed this issue much at all?
Some of the basics are covered here:

You've been "following" a bunch of nonsense from western corporate media.
Sure, Iran has got some uranium. They're a big country and they like selling their oil, so they would rather nuclear power instead. It has to be enriched to relatively low purity to be used as nuclear fuel.
There are many other countries that do exactly the same thing. Countries with no nuclear weapons and that have signed the NPT. They, too, could create highly-enriched uranium if they wanted to. But there is no evidence that any of them are, and nobody is particularly worried that they might, either. Likewise there is not one shred of credible evidence that Iran is trying to manufacture weapons-grade material or that it has any plans to.
So, why are the Israelis accusing them? Because they want it to be impossible for Iran to make weapons-grade fuel whether it wants to or not. They don't mind lying to try to achieve that goal. The US goes along because the Iranians are aligned with its opponents.
Nobody's accusing Brazil of trying to build nuclear weapons, even though they openly sought to do so for decades. Nobody worries that they're after weapons-grade uranium, even though they have already obtained some from the Chinese. Because nobody really has a fight to pick with Brazil, the way they do with Iran.
