Those kids were dropping like flying at the end! What does a 25sh time for the 8k would be worth at seal level? Anyone know a good way to convert the times?

It looked like a slow day out there today w/ the altitude and heat. If you figure that there were 15:00 type women running just under 6:00 pace in the women's 8k, it puts things into perspective.
