Heavy in da MF game
Boom
Looks like all those "ice baths in a trash can in Kenyan" and then being "dumped out onto the ground and sitting in a fetal position for minutes" are finally paying off.
no but really, boom.
That is really impressive for Zane. Excited to see what he'll do in the future. Do you think he will move up to the marathon soon?
Holy cow! I've been following this guy for a while, and did not even remotely see this coming! Awesome run by him!
Really impressive from Zane. Congrats to him!
Shalane is a DNS according to JRN. Any word on that?
Shit... Just two years ago he thought he was a miler. Then again Ryan Hall was a miler as well.
Link please.
This is a f*cking insane result. Really happy for him.

Which one is Zane, the brown haired or light brown haired one? I (paid and) watched the HD doc over the summer (or spring). One of the brothers was coming up short. And then at the commonwealth games one of them tripped while the other nabbed a medal. It seemed that collectively they came up short in terms of big breakthrough , considering in proportion to their training and unusual sacrifice , for much of their early adulthood so this is nice news. Hard not to cheer for these guys.
