I would agree that registration would solve some of these problems such as ridiculous posts, drug allegations, and just plain mean sentiments. However, in discussing this previously with one of the Brojos, it was emphasized that they felt that other coaches, etc wouldn\'t be able to come here and tell what they know if their identity was known. How do you feel about that?
It\'s a worthy sacrifice. Without registration there\'s no credibility. I could make a thread saying \"I\'m a DI coach in the SEC and I can guarantee that Program X is doing dirty stuff!\" but it\'s a baseless accusation (which happens all the time, by the way).
Think about it. Every knowledgeable person who used to post on LetsRun has left because of the toxic, unmanageable mass of anonymous losers who get their rocks off on riling up well-regarded figures. A bunch of 19-year-old nerds with a 18:00 5k PR is the reason why people like JK, Renato, Nobby, Jack Daniels, and numerous others never post here anymore.
