There's always a lot of Hasay hating going on, but she's slowing been getting better most years for a long time now, with some setbacks inbetween. Last year was a huge year for her, major breakthroughs in the 1500/mile and 3 small prs in the 5k. She got in a bit over her head in some other races, but she was just short of what was needed to hang onto the back for a fast time. 31:39 on the track and on the roads in teh 10k was also solid.
Fast forward, she just opened in a 2:41 and 4:28 (with a very slow second 400). She opened in a 208.85 last year at the same time. Things are looking great, she might run low-mid 420's, she should run under 8:40 for the 3k, and finally bust out a fast 5k time if she can manage to stick with the lead packs in some of these fast races this year.
I say 4:24.9 indoors, 4:04.5 1500 outdoors, 8:38 3k outdoors (if contested), 14:58 5k, 31:14 10k (if contested for time).
