If one more high school student posts a thread saying I ran a workout in x, what is my mile? I am going to lose my mind.
Here is how to properly crowd source accurate guesses:
- The workout
-reps/sets
-times hit in intervals
-rest
-previous workouts
-how you felt
-Previous PR's
-Current SB's or at least recent race results.
Without the above, the best we can guess is a range that would span about a minute when guessing a mile time.
