I want to implement one of the three or a combination of them in my base training. How do I go about? How do they fit in a schedule and intensity, blah blah blah Which is the best for "mileage", etc?

Swimming is best. The dreadmill can also be done but I do not suggest aqua jogging because swimming is a very good workout to do in combination with normal running(outside or dreadmill).

You can swim pretty much anytime. You can use it as your second workout of the day, you can use it to replace a recovery run on the days when you're really, really hurting, and you can use it as a tough interval workout.
Swim!
Example of easy day
6 am 12 easy miles treadmill
12 noon 60 minute swim
4 pm 4 mile warm up, 16 X 800 with 1 minute recovery (5k pace) 3 mile cool down
If you want a hard day, increase the swim to 2 hours
Replace 800s with 12 X mile repeats at 10k pace.
I would not see the need for any aqua jogging in this program.
Swimming is great, but do you actually know how to swim? Unlike running, swimming is a skill that takes a long time to learn how to do well.
Yes. I know how to swim. When I swim I change strokes between front crawl, sidestrokes, backstroke, kick boarding, and occasionally butterfly.
For pure carryover to running, it has to be
Dreadmill > aqua jogging > swimming
For overall quality, I'd go with
swimming > dreadmill > aqua jogging
Swimming is actually a useful skill and a real sport you can compete in an have fun with. Masters swim meets are a blast.
the dreadmill is at least real running. Aquajogging is what you have to do in hell.
