If its such a big deal to the royals, then stay in the UK. Visit America and live with our customs. I get it if you're in the royal palace in London, abide by their customs then, but they flew over to the U.S., went to a basketball game and were having their picture taken with one of the most celebrated athletes on the planet. English folk need to quit their crying, the royals need to get over themselves (considering they are the Kim Kardashians of the UK - famous for being famous - not earning it) and LeBron was never in the wrong.

What normally happens is that anyone meeting a member of the Royal Family is briefed on how to behave. If this broke protocol then either the meeting was not planned or someone at the Palace needs to be taken to the Tower of London.
