I have many more comments to go tomorrow but here is first round tonight
pewow-nice week--although it sucks at the time, definitely helps to run with faster guys:)
Pikachu-this is definitely the Pikachu I remember, I think from last winter as well right?--crushing high mileage and workouts. great week!
Forcerunner-freakin awesome man. Great job and congrats on the 5k race and your times this year are amazing amidst your mileage. Definitely keeps me motivated.
RunnersFix-120 miles with the longest run at 16 is a lot of running. lots of great quality in this week, your easy pace is even fast.
back into it-solid week, I'd kill for that 10 mile tempo run.
Hereford-Congrats on the race, I know its not what you wanted but some humid conditions from my understanding. I'm just over 10 years from 45 and if I'm running anywhere close to your times I'll be bragging on this thread.
Matthias-Great week and nice job on the 10k!
Distance Fan-Nice week but just reading your post reminded me how much we love/hate winter. On the road before 5am means headlamp and the cold/wind is brutal this time of year. definitely question our sanity dont we?:)
printer-Great race considering where you were last spring! I just followed you on Strava in case you were wondering who I was if you didnt already know.
Piano_Man87-Not good running/diet advice but if you want to flip the switch to running higher mileage maybe reward yourself some drinks only after you run. For example, I leave work at 6 or 7 and runf or 1 hour then I can have X drinks. My post run evening drink always looks great during my evening run:)
xenonscreams-definitely looks like it's coming together--GOOD LUCK this weekend at Club Nats at Lehigh! Several of my club members will be there racing.
TheGarbageDisposal-I saw your FB post Sunday but wow. 120 mile week and you rip off a 68 with a 10k PR. Awesome. I dont have other words but this people like you and this thread keep me motivated (and make my times seem pedestrian!)
