hand time on it was 12.22..
Thats an all time pr for temps under 50. felt easy
kept arms up the whole time.. good form

I don't even know where to start with this. Even if no distance runner or sprinter trains at that weight, I bet Galen Rupp could destroy you in a fight, despite the fact that you weigh 100lbs more than him.

Additionally, I doubt you 'own' the toughest workout program on the planet. Any moderately successful high school runner follows a much more rigorous plan than you do, considering the fact that you run less than one mile per week, and your longest intervals are 200m.

Did 40 degree incline hill with 40lb weight vest,, ,,one run with and one without
Did strength shoe workout,, 15mins of bounding and jumping, high knees..
5 seconds of high knees and then one min rest.. Actually the workout is 5 seconds of high knees and one min rest.. takes 15mins to do on average.. short and intense...with 40lb vest and 20 lb ankle weights on 6 of the reps..
Then dumbell ab raises,,, 30-40 lbs..
Then abs,, tube workout..really short and intense..
Now i look at this and then know why im so hott and so powerful all naturally
I know the right sequence of events to take in everything that i do..
I taught myself everything.. and now im the hottest and most fittest human on the planet..WOW.
im eating metrx all natural whey.... no preservatives..and chicken salads with brown rice and vegetables.. I made a video of the food that i eat to get this hott..
anytime that i gget under 12 seconds hand timed then its a good time for me..
So to come within .16 of a second to getting below 12 hand timed is just un real for me right now in 32 degree weather..
Listened to marilyn manson the beautiful people to get extra pumped up before i ran it..
I went ahead and added in the standard .35 to the hand time and thats why its 12.51
But ill do a 11.90 in 90 degree weather and be happy with that in the summer time..
So to do this in spandex.. a hat, gloves and socks,, after the gym and a few lbs heavier and in 32 degrees is unreal
I still dont know what this converts to..
I wont find out exactly how fast i got till its at least 60 degrees out.
Its a good time but it still could only convert to makikng my real time only .20 of a second faster.. i dont know yet till i run it.. but its an all time pr in conditions..

Your best chance at being an athlete is trying to grow 3 more inches, and then put on more weight.
The rest is pretty much unattainable for you. I'm 61 and can probably still run 12 something.

If sprinting is healthier, then why do so many high school and college sprinters become fat former sprinters while distance runners are still competing well in to their 60's and beyond?

During 100 wore long sleeve spandex top, spandex bottom pants, track suit under spandex, and 5 tank tops and shirts.
Had 2 pairs of socks on. and 2 hats on..
had about 2-4lbs of clothes on when i ran the 100.
Done after 2 and half hour tough gym lifts of 4 sets of 8 on everything..
After 100 ,, did 6 by 35 yard dashes with 1 min rest in between each..
Then did 55 yard hill with 40lb weight vest
and then another 55 yard hill without weight vest.. everything timed and recorded to the nearest 100th of a second..
After that did a 15min strength shoe workout with 40lb weight vest.. jumping up and down and high knees for 10 ... then one min rest.
Then did 40lbs leg raises for easy reps..
Then a really quick speed tube and resistance band workout for hips
Everything that i do is short, intense, and powerful..
All designed by me and all designed to make me hotter.

This is an all time personal record for me in this cold of a temperature..
Started up my winter program 2 weeks ago.. My winter program is 3 sets of 15 reps, 4 sets of 8s, 4 sets of 5, and 3 sets of 10 reps,, in that order on everything at the gym ...
Lifting 2 days out of the week and then running sprints afterwards.. compared to running sprints beforehand in summer..
Just goes to show how hott i am how smart i am that i know exactly what to do at the gym to gain weight, get hotter, and i know exactly what type of music to listen to get smarter..
Sets of 15s make me gain weight.. now up to 218lbs.. Already gained 8lbs in two weeks..
Will be at 225-230lbs really fast now that im doing my sets of 15s and 10s.. the high reps make me gain weight..
I do low reps in the summer to lower my weight to210-215 just to give myself somewhat of a chance to run the 100 , 200 and 400 fast
Anytime that i run 12.00 or faster in the summertime in 90 degrees at 210lbs.. then its a good run for me ..

Im now going with instead of adding .35 to each hand timed.. Im going with .93..
After extensive research of watching races on youtube where the sprinter is running around 12.00 in the 100 i put the video on mute.. then got out my stop watch..
I hand timed each race anywhere from .41-60 slower than the actual FAT Time..
Therefore comparing it to my races for instance.. when i ran 11.32 hand timed in the 100 in 2013 ... I video timed that race at 11.68 ........ Now on top of the 11.68 i still have to add in the .41-.60.......
Therefore my 11.32 hand timed now turns into a projected 12.25 after adding .93
So just to be sure that im not over exaggerating any of my hand times im now just going to add in exactly .93 to each hand time..
Yeah this seems a bit much so technically my best 100 time of 11.32 could have been 12.05 or so but im just going to be sure that im not stating that i ran faster than it really was and go with a FULL .93 to each time.. That will more than enough cover for any errors in my hand time...
Therefore i went ahead and changed all of my top times over the past couple years..
so my 400 time which i stated was 53.78 now turns into 54.28..... Hand time on that race was 53.35...
Im extremely accurate with my hand timing.. Ive been doing this since 1994 so i know when i start it early and stop it early.
But my hand times are all off...
So .93 is a good add to each time... should be fun.

200 METERS- 24.24 ... 23.31 HAND TIMED... at 6'0 AND 182lbs AND 19 YEARS OLD. JUNE 20TH, 1999.
400 METERS- 51.96 (FAT) TIMED AT 6'0 AND 183LBS AND 19 YEARS OLD . JUNE 23RD, 1999. 51.35- HAND TIMED BY SOMEONE WATCHING THE RACE.
(FAT) STANDS FOR FULLY AUTOMATIC TIME. WHICH MEANS ITS ACCURATE DOWN TO THE THOUSANDTH OF A SECOND.
51.96 IS MY ALL TIME RECORD IN THE 400 AND IS THE ONLY RACE WHERE I RAN AN (FAT) TIME IN ANYTHING.
But that was only in june of 1999.. I dont hit my peak till october and november.. I ran that time with only 2 weeks training. I never trained in the winter back then.. I usually started up my track workouts in june back then. My time would have been alot faster in november of 1999 but i didnt get around to training all summer that year for it and after that year i went into a different workout program which made me gain weight.
not to mention that i had no clue about taking off exactly 4 days between 4 by 200 workout and 400 race back then..
