Long story short I found myself on the receiving end of a bear hug from a Pro Wrestler and I heard and felt a pop in my ribs on the right side. It didn't hurt too bad when it happened but now a couple days later it hurts to the touch, when I take a deep breath, when I sit up and in the middle of the night.
My runs have been a little uncomfortable but about the same pace as normal. The only thing that really hurt was striders after my run.
My question is, am I ok to keep running? I am fine with it hurting during the run as long as I am not doing any damage to the healing process.
