Ok quick question. How do you know what's to fast in a marathon without finding out the hard way?
For example.. Should I shoot for a sub 3 or run a 3:05.. I can bang out 6:50's, but can I do it for the entire 26.2 hmmm... Sorry i'm a rookie here.
