I injured my big toe playing indoor soccer earlier this week (it was stupid, I hurt it then kept playing and kept re-injuring it). It doesn't look visibly swollen and the pain isn't extreme when walking around but it does feel stiff and I feel a little pain when I put pressure on it.
I do feel some pain when running but it is bearable. Does anyone have experience with this injury? Is it ok to train with this injury, or do I risk making it much worse / getting a stress fracture?
