Look, based on past posts, J.R. is indeed a troll or insane. Of course the same could be said of you....However, putting all of that aside for the moment:

He reached inside the car and was scuffling with the cop for the cops gun. The gun was discharged in the car. He was not defenseless. The rest of your argument falls based on this, which you can't seem to admit to.
You are basing all of that on what? Officer Wilson's words?? You have no idea exactly what transpired in/next to the police car. All we seem to know for sure (and even some of this is not 100% certain) is:
1) Wilson told Brown to get out of street
2) Brown did not seem to immediately obey "request"
3) Wilson slammed the car in reverse and then started to open car door, likely slamming it into Brown, and started to get out of cruiser to grab Brown
4) a scuffle occurred at the side of the cruiser, with Wilson either grabbing Brown and pulling him into/towards vehicle a bit, and/or Brown reaching into car and pushing Wilson backwards
5) the officer's gun was discharged right at that location (either inside car or just outside of the window)
6) Brown moved away from car after getting shot, and was then shot several more times by Wilson who got out of vehicle following and shooting
You have no idea if he was going for the officer's gun. Maybe the officer was drawing the gun out of his holster once Brown pushed him away, and maybe Brown also pushed his hand. We have no idea what happened at the crucial moment. The officer might have felt rightfully threatened to shoot ONCE (all of the extra shots as Brown was moving away from the car and falling on ground are clearly over the top).
But a bigger issue is: he was probably an idiot for grabbing a 6'4" 240 lb guy by the neck who was only jaywalking and maybe mouthed off and should have instead gotten out of his vehicle at a safe distance first, and THEN told Brown: out of the street or you are arrested. If disobeyed, immediately call for back-up and pursue/arrest Brown. Instead he slams into him, grabs him and pulls him on top of/towards him, creating an unnecessary altercation.
But of course you are taking the side of the white officer vs the black kid. And yes, despite your protestations it has everything do to "with race."
