C'mon, this list is bad logic. People shouldn't be allowed to do whatever they want. If people were to have absolute freedom, then society wouldn't work at all. There's clearly a limit somewhere. I don't know if weed falls outside that limit, but the way you're arguing your case is asinine
On what planet is murder considered freedom? When you murder someone you take away his freedom completely. Nothing in Libertopia's list affects anyone else negatively.
My rights end where yours begin, but it works both ways. If I murder you I've obviously taken away your right to live, thus murder is illegal. But if I watch an NBA game, marry a dude, or sit on my sofa and smoke weed I haven't affected your rights at all.
Quit trying to punish, imprison, and kill people who aren't doing anything to you.
