1600-2000 at faster than 1600 race pace is obviously a good workout, assuming the rest isn't overly long. Maybe you could tell us that piece of information.
I'm more concerned that you refer to this as "my speed workout." Having only one workout for a given energy system is probably a bad idea.
because i run only 3-4 days in a week maximum.
