Hello ladies and gents,
I have recently just come back from a tibular stress fracture and it's going pretty well. My doctor suggested that for s few weeks I run every other day, and cross train on the days I don't run. I have built up to four miles using this method.
Now I feel like I can start running consecutive days (or at least run for two days straight and then take a day off) and start increasing my mileage, but I don't know how! I want to make sure I dont get injured again and come back too quickly. Does any know/make a training guide that will bring me back to where I was before my stress fracture?
Thank you!
