There is no evidence that Bekele is out of his prime. Where are you getting this from? He's been injured.
I'd say he's close to being back. 2:05 on his first marathon and he beat Farah at Farah's own game in that Bupa race.
I hope you're right. Haile had a very long career (still going), so hopefully Bekele can have one too. The 2:05 marathon debut was sick and I admit unexpected. How crazy would it be if the same guy had the WR in the 5/10K and the marathon!?
