Just saw that Keller from Indianapolis is suspended for Regionals. Therefore, I think 5th spot will be between SVSU and Ashland.

Expect to see an inspired and angry Indianapolis squad on the line in Evansville. Keller is a loss that they can absorb and still qualify, but it would have to be a perfect storm scenario. I would give the nod to SVSU, but it will be close.
the 3 individuals out will be Ngandu, Cushman, Knack. Saginaw trumps Indianapolis for 5 spot.
The runner from Walsh is actually listed as hailing from Chad, strange considering I do not believe they are known for being distance runners.
Predictions for Regionals:
1. GVSU
2. SIU
3. UWP
4. SVSU
5. Malone
6. Ashland
7. Walsh
8. Indianapolis
9. Michigan Tech
10. Bellarmine
I think Ngandu gets the individual victory.

I would agree with this. GV will do the least amount of work they can to win. I clearly remember the GV coaches yelling "You guys are good, just match moves." With 2k to go. They don't care much for individual glory. They are all about the team at regionals. The only ones I see maybe cracking the top 5 for GV are Panning and Bradley if they get up front and roll together.
No Johnnie Guy?
Jguy is going to win regionals with ease. He did a workout after conference
Guy will be worse than last year. Panning will win with ease.
Its an ncaa violation to do a workout after the race. Are you sure he did?
Not being confrontational, just very curious as to why?
Why is it an NCAA violation to do a workout after a race? Are you not allowed to cool down after a race? What is the reasoning behind this?
Yes it is an NCAA violation to work out after a race. But obviously a gray area and you can get around that.
It was made to prevent coaches from hammering kids if they have a bad meet, game, etc. Ex: "You sucked so you are doing wind sprints until I throw up." ie The movie Miracle. It also stops teams from lifting after games.
I've never seen this in a rule book. Can you cite where this rule can be found?
