Hi peeps, I'd like to know some runs I can do to help me for the upcoming XC season.
I'd prefer to not run really long runs and focus mainly on short stuff (under 30 minutes of running) and intervals on the track.
I value the 400 and the 800 in track more than cross country - looking to use XC to help me run faster times in these two events.
I want to actually make the varsity team this year (~17:30 for a 5K - yup, boys XC team is pretty weak at my school)
Never have been great with endurance
