When i run, my foot flares out and my thighs rotate in and it is causing alot of injury's. I do not think this is a knock knee issue as my alignment is ok when standing which leads me to believe it's a bio-mechanical problem or muscle imbalance. I had a tibia and fibia fracture in my ankle when i was 15 and never rehabed it properly and have massive pronation in that ankle since but also have a flare out on the other side, despite foot and ankle being neutral.
Does anyone know why this is happening? Any exercises i can do to minimise this issue?
I think it is also important to mention that i am a male which makes this more uncommon
