damn they were al so good it's hard to choose. And it was pretty impressive that he managed to crank one out every month. I liked the first one in the series where they move to a new town and find out everyone in it is dead, or something like that.

They were all pretty much like that.
I thought the Fear Street books were much better, even when I was younger and Goosebumps was probably more at my age level. But honestly, I didn't like either nearly as much as I liked Animorphs, and The Hardy Boys were my absolute favorite books to read when I was young.
I remember loving those books, then I looked up all the titles and I don't remember reading any of them besides Say Cheese and Die. :(
There was one where a kid and his family died in a fire, but he didn't know he was dead. I think he believed other people were ghosts, when in fact he was the ghost. I remember feeling kind of sad for him when he finally realized what had happened.
