To take my running to the next level, I am starting to run doubles. Before high school twice a week I am running at 5:30 am for an hour and then after school I do an easy 30-40 minutes.
I want to get faster and this is the best option for me. I love running
what should i do? i tell them i dont but they dont believe me. i end up eating my meals mostly away from them (before school i dont see them. im the only one up, lunch is at school, and dinner I eat after my run before they come home).
its ridiculous. they think all of my running is a problem also. they arent athletes. my mom kinda understands but my dad and syblings think im so weird and have eating disorder and problems...
