I don't know who Millie is but that's an amazing time. When the girls are getting so fast that you don't recognize 10 minute two-milers it's a good sign that the sport is taking a step forward.
Bet she's bummed she couldn't find another 0.43 seconds. I once ran a 5:00.14 mile, which was my PR for about two years. Ugh.
Cleary (WVU coach) is fortunate to have this talent in his neighborhood - local so cost is minimal. He has a young team who should do well in the next few years if all progress as they should (doesn't always happen that way however).
She also won Penn Relays mile this year in 4:45.34 and was second in the NBIN Mile in 4:43.84 to Efraimson
