Hey, I am 15, live in England and have been looking into a running Scholarships in America, I have been told I need to get the following times by the summer of 2017 to be offered aa scholarship
Mile 4:14
1500 - 3:51.00
800 - 1:54.00
5000 - 14:25
I currently run a 4:36 1500m, 2:13 800m and 18:53 5k (I started at 23mins and have got down to that in 2 years) What would be a good training plan for me and what is the probability of me being able to get those times if I can train for 3 years?
