I can consistently do 1:20 repeats on 400m and my PR just messing around is 1:14-1:15 (Pretty winded and this is at 7200ft altitude) i'm 28...
Ideas on how i can break 6min mile i'm like right at the cusp of breaking it. I've ran a 5:49 at sea level but CAN'T break it here in the mountains..
I run like 30 miles a week, my 5k is 21minutes, my half time is 1:39
I think i just suck with distance stuff, but any ideas to help me improve will be seriously looked at/considered.
I'm relatively new to running within 2 years.
