Hey letsrun, so I don't run the 800 very often and I was wondering what sort of shape I'm in since I have one coming up.
Today's workout:
3 X (400, 200, 100)
with 200 walk after the 400, 100 walk after the 200.
800m jog between sets.
I ran (56, 55, 55) for the 400s, (27, 27, 26) for the 200s, (13, 13, 12high) for the 100s.
It was really windy today but still a good session, do you guys think I could potentially run 1:52.XX sometime soon?
