Good afternoon,
I recently ran a 1500 time trial in a workout with a couple of training buddies who ran with me through 1000 (65,64,63,47) I took an 8 minute (1 mile) jog and then ran 4x200 in 30s with 60-65s rest (200jog). Though I know this is nothing special, and far from my PR of 3:50 (set in college late in the season), I am running my first ever track 5k, in about 2 weeks for shits and gigs.
I'm ~two years removed from college and curious what others think I can run. I've run under 50:20 for a road 10 miler last fall. So I'm decently strong.
Any guesses?
